The DS18 PRO-EXL124 is a 12" midrange from DS18's EXL — Extremely Loud — series, built to throw big, cutting sound across a bagger, a side-by-side, a slingshot, or a pro car-audio build.

Why we recommend it

A 12" midrange moves a lot of air, and the EXL124 uses it — 600 watts RMS (1,200 watts max) at 4 ohms with a strong 97dB sensitivity across a wide 57Hz–9.7kHz range. A big 3" KCCAW voice coil and 80 oz ferrite magnet keep it efficient and reliable at high volume, and the red aluminum basket gives it that pro-audio look. It bridges midbass and vocals from a single large driver.

Fitment & install notes

Sold individually (single speaker). Mounting depth 4.82", 11.41" cutout. 4-ohm — easy to drive from most amps. Cross it over to taste and pair with a super tweeter for a full pro-audio front stage.
