The Diamond Audio MP654 is a 6.5" full-range co-ax horn speaker that sits at the very top of the pro-audio food chain — louder, lower, and more authoritative than typical pro speakers, and a direct bolt-in for late-model Harley baggers. It's just as at home on a boat, a slingshot, or any build that wants big, clear output from a single speaker.

Why we recommend them

The MP654 was engineered specifically for late-model bagger fairings, so it drops into factory speaker locations without needing a separate tweeter spot. An oversized voice coil, extreme 101dB sensitivity, and high-heat-dissipation neodymium magnets give it unreal output that sounds great right out of the box across a 110Hz–18kHz range. It can even be bi-amped — run the horn tweeters on their own dedicated channels for maximum control.

Fitment & install notes

Sold as a pair. Fits all '14 & up batwing fairings (Street Glide, Electra Glide, Ultra). Fits '15 & up Road Glide with slight modification to the fairing speaker pods (a heat gun makes room for the magnet). Fits '13 & down batwing fairings if you grind off the small plastic rib on the inner fairing. Does not fit '13 & down Road Glide, tour-pack location on Ultra models, or lower fairings without modification. Horn-loaded compression tweeter with 12dB crossover; heavy-duty cast aluminum basket.
