Cicada CHX8.4 — 8" Pro Coaxial Horn Speakers (4Ω)

The CHX8.4 is Cicada's big 8" Pro coaxial — an all-weather horn coaxial with a Carbon Matrix Composite cone and an included weatherproof horn cover. The 8" cone moves the most air of the Pro coaxial line for deep, full midbass, making it a favorite for baggers, powersports vehicles, and marine builds that want to feel the music, not just hear it.

Why we recommend them

400W RMS handling, a 92dB sensitivity, and response down to 46Hz give these serious body, while the horn-loaded aluminum tweeter keeps the highs cutting over wind and pipes. The external 12dB crossover with a -3/-6dB attenuator dials them in. This is the 4Ω version — the right pick for standard 4-ohm wiring; if you're running a 2-ohm-capable amp and want maximum output, look at the CHX8.2.

Fitment & install notes
