This bolt-on turbo system takes a stock 70-horsepower Sportster to roughly 120 horsepower at the rear wheel. Built around a modified Garrett GT22 turbo with internal wastegate, it delivers instant throttle response, predictable boost, and the reliability you expect from a Trask design.
- Garrett GT22 turbocharger with internal wastegate
- Plenum with integrated blow-off valve and 2-bar map sensor
- Stainless header pipe with heat shields and compact tailpipe
- Turbo cam cover and boost gauge with mount
- High-flow injectors, NGK spark plugs, heavy-duty clutch spring
- Complete hardware kit and gaskets included
Fitment: 2007+ Harley-Davidson Sportster EFI models. Not compatible with fixed lower fairings on liquid-cooled models. Lead time 4–8 weeks.
