The S4-100 is a high-efficiency Class D multi-channel amplifier with a host of tone control options. It balances deep and loud low ends with power for mids and highs — 175 Watts per channel in stereo on four channels at 2 Ohm, and 100 Watts per channel in stereo on four channels at 4 Ohm. For more power-hungry systems, it can be bridged to run 375 Watts at 4 Ohm on two channels — ideal for driving one S4-100 per door in competition or sound-quality builds.
The S4-100's high-pass crossover directs precisely tuned tones to tweeters and midrange speakers, preventing damage and interference from low-range bass. The bandpass filter defines what frequencies are eliminated on the high and low end, separating mid-range tone from tweeters, while the included low-pass filter controls how much low frequency reaches your speakers. Power terminals secure cables with 4-gauge set screws; speaker outputs use 10-gauge set screws.
