The DS18 PRO-RY8.4NMB is an 8" mid-bass woofer from DS18's PRO RYDER line — a carbon-fiber, water-resistant cone on a neodymium motor, built to deliver hard-hitting midbass out in the elements. Its water resistance makes it a true do-anything driver: baggers and motorcycles, boats and marine, side-by-sides, ATVs, slingshots, and car audio.

Why we recommend it

Mid-bass is what makes a system hit you in the chest, and the RY8.4NMB is built for it. A neodymium magnet keeps the motor strong and light, the carbon-fiber cone is stiff and water-resistant for clean, undistorted punch that survives rain and spray, and a 2" voice coil handles 250 watts RMS (500 watts max) at 4 ohms. It fills the gap between your subs and your mids so nothing gets lost.

Fitment & install notes

Sold individually (single speaker). 4-ohm — easy to drive from most amps. Cross it over to your mids and subs for seamless punch, and pair with a strong amp to feed it. Also offered in a 10" version (PRO-RY10.4NMB).
