The DS18 PRO-NEO6R is a 6.5" neodymium mid-range that slays the midband — loud, efficient, and light, with the kind of output that cuts over wind and engine noise on a bagger, a side-by-side, a slingshot, or a pro car-audio build.

Why we recommend it

Neodymium magnets deliver a higher magnetic flux density in the air gap, which means more force on the voice coil — more volume at higher efficiency than a comparable ferrite mid. The NEO6R handles 300 watts RMS (600 watts max) at 4 ohms with a strong 96dB sensitivity and a clean 90Hz–12.5kHz range. The tooled red-aluminum basket looks as good as it sounds. Best paired with a pro-audio super tweeter to complete the top end.

Sold individually (single speaker). Mounting depth 3", 5.9" cutout. 4-ohm — easy to drive from most amplifiers. Pair with a strong mid-range amp and a super tweeter for a full pro-audio front stage.
