The Cicada CH69.2W is a 6x9" coaxial horn speaker built to cut through wind and exhaust noise while standing up to the elements — exactly what you want on a bagger, powersports build, or boat. Cicada's Rain or Shine all-weather design and water-resistant treated cone shrug off rain and spray, while the horn-loaded aluminum tweeter throws bright, clear highs you can actually hear at speed. We install these constantly at Mavericks for riders who want serious output from a factory-style 6x9 location.

Why we recommend them

They're efficient, loud, and durable: 250W RMS handling and a high 95dB sensitivity mean they get loud without a massive amp, and the external 12dB crossover with a -3/-6dB tweeter attenuator lets you tune the highs to taste. The die-cast aluminum basket and neodymium motor keep them light and cool under hard use. This is the 2Ω version — choose it to pull maximum output from a 2-ohm-capable amp; if your system runs standard 4-ohm wiring, grab the CH69.4W instead.
